Sometimes there is a deep fog covering Varanasi (Benaras) in winter.
It gives a mysterious atmosphere to the timeless banks of the holy Ganges.
Those pilgrims gathered at dawn at Dashaswamedh (Main) Ghat, they took a dip in the river and they were standing in the distance of my camera as if they were forming a caravan ready to leave for an unknown journey…
