“Clouds come floating into my life, no longer to carry rain or usher storm, but to add color to my sunset sky.”
(Rabindranath Tagore – Indian author, Nobel Prize for Literature in 1913, 1861-1941)

This was shot inside the Sas-Bahu temple (mother-in-law and daughter-in-law temple) located in Gwalior, in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.
It was at sunset, I was alone inside and the place was very quiet.
This temple, initially dedicated to Vishnu, was built in red sandstone during the rule of the Kachchhapaghatas in the 10th century.

  1. I love this shot, particularly how you’ve left the interior walls in deep shadow. It would look great as a large print I think.
