This was shot along the Ganges in Varanasi (Benaras) as I was on Anand’s boat going from one part of the city to another.
This single flower is a marigold used for any Hindu ceremony celebrated on the holy waters.
It was floating nicely in the stream carrying away the prayors and wishes of an unknown pilgrim…
