“All that we are is the result of what we have thought: it is founded on our thoughts, it is made up of our thoughts.
If a man speaks or acts with a pure thought, happiness follows him, like a shadow that never leaves him”.
Those words are from the first chapter of the Dhammapada which is the most often used book taken as a typical scripture of Buddhism.

This is a picture of the Mahabodhi Temple in Bodh Gaya, where Siddhartha Gautama, the Buddha, attained enlightenment, it is located in the Indian state of Bihar.
